Painter
For the sketch this month, I decided to do a single page layout by using the left side of the sketch and flipping it upside down. I didn't have a lot of photos, so I thought where the "photos" go I could make a banner at different lengths and place a couple of photos on top. I framed the two photos with the chipboard frame. For the embellishments I stamped the circles and added more stamped images inside the circles. Some of the circles I embellished with buttons for added interest. My favorite embellishment is from FAB SCRAPS! I wanted to use the chipboard bird post, because I thought it looked most like an easel! I cut off the top and painted the chipboard, tied twine around the stand; added a subtitle, and added a small sticker banner for interest. I still really liked the little bird, so I added to the corner of the chipboard frame.
Supplies Used: Pattern Paper, Buttons, Chipboard, Stamps, Chipboard Letters, Letter Stickers: Fancy Pants Designs; Chipboard Bird Post: Fab Scraps; Ink: Colorbox Ink from Clearsnap & Stampin' Up! Ink. Twine: The Twinery; Marker: Sharpie; Adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesive EZ Runner by 3L; Best Creations Inc Foam Tape. Glossy Accents by Ranger; Tool: Prima Distressing Tool; Stampin' up 3/4 Inch Circle Punch
