Long May Your Big Jib Draw
This sketch was perfect to scrap some fun photos of me 'Screeching In " Kelly when she visited me here in Nfld last Sept. For those of you unfamiliar with Nfld terms " Long may your big jib draw " is basically a good wish for the future ...and is part of the answer one must give when asked if you wish to become an honourary Nflder. There's a journaling tag poked behind the larger picture which reads" Well I certainly couldn't let Kelly leave Nfld without being "Screeched-In'! Luckily I had a few screech-ins under my belt , so I was up to the task. Deidre's scrapweekend in Springdale was the perfect opportunity...and of course it also provided more witnesses! Kelly was a great sport about it. She was baptized with salt water, ate "wild baloney" and Purity Jam Jams , survived a shot of Screech and most importantly kissed the cod! An honourary Nfler for sure! "
My supplies for this included Bazzil cs, watercolor paper, Distress Markers, Sharpie markers, MS "Cherish "
punch,cheesecloth,Momenta stickers, Cricut, and Magenta stickers { Canadian supply }.
