    Toothless in Grade Two

I cut 3" squares from Core'dinations Spotted Jillian Dot cardstock, sanded them and pieced them together to form the background. Love the texture I can get without the extra step of digging out my BigShot and dry embossing every piece. The small transparent circles are from an old KI Memories plastic sheet that I found in my stash, but I was inspired by it to make some similar personalized products for other projects. Just open up your word processor, type the words you want, format as Comic Sans MS font, size 18 and print on vellum, transparency or clear plastic.
You can't tell on the scan, but the dragonflies have a bit of shimmer - I spritzed a few colours of Smooch spritz onto a sheet of white cardstock and stamped on it after it dried so the insects would have a little colour and sheen.

Supplies: Core'dinations Spotted Jillian Dot Cardstock, Glitz Designs alphabet stickers, Local Rubber King dragonfly stamps, Clearsnap ink and Smooch Spritz, KI Memories transparency, Stampin Up circle punches, buttons, machine sewing.
